Enpo Sekai discloses TEAM OS, its internal AI development framework

Enpo Sekai Co., Ltd. publicly disclosed TEAM OS, the internal AI development framework it uses to organize agent roles, skills, blueprint documents and project memory. The framework is operated as internal engineering infrastructure and is not offered as a customer-facing product.

Framework scope. TEAM OS defines specialized agent roles, reusable skills, D0-D9 blueprint levels and layered memory practices. Its purpose is to make small-team product development more repeatable, auditable and easier to continue across long-running projects.

Product background. The desktop AI character project is the first real product-background case for TEAM OS. Enpo Sekai will use that project to validate whether the framework can drive end-to-end development without turning internal process into excessive overhead.
