Enpo Sekai begins first hiring plan
Enpo Sekai Co., Ltd. began its first full-time hiring plan, establishing three priority positions around product management, sales and translation, and engineering. The plan follows the company’s June strategic review and is intended to build the minimum operating team required for product development, localization and cross-border business execution.
Hiring scope. The product manager role covers product planning, delivery control, quality review and market analysis. The sales-and-translation role covers partner communication, cross-market language work and business support. The engineering role covers software and game development, technical support and maintenance operations.
Operating policy. The first hiring round is intentionally small. Enpo Sekai is prioritizing roles that directly connect product decisions, partner communication and implementation work, rather than building a large organization before the product pipeline is ready.
