Enpo Sekai and Distant Stars cooperation enters business execution stage

Enpo Sekai Co., Ltd. announced that its cooperation with Hong Kong-based Distant Stars Limited had entered an actual business execution stage. In November, Enpo Sekai began handling game development and operations-related work for Distant Stars, marking the shift from planning discussions to billable cooperation.

Publishing foundation. A key background factor is Distant Stars’ Steam distribution foundation, established through its Steam Distribution Agreement signed in December 2024. Enpo Sekai expects selected new products to use Distant Stars’ established publishing and storefront experience where appropriate, while Enpo Sekai continues to handle Japan-side localization and part of development.

Cooperation scope. The cooperation remains a partnership between independent companies. It currently covers game development support, operations-related work, localization and future publishing coordination for products that match Distant Stars’ overseas distribution channels.
