Enpo Sekai opens ORDO closed beta reservations and launches product site
Tokyo, May 19, 2026 — Enpo Sekai Co., Ltd. opened closed beta reservations for ORDO (formerly HUM), the company's macOS desktop voice input product, and made the product site at https://ordoapp.app publicly available on the same day. Reservation registrations are accepted through the product site; initial admissions are processed in waves and prioritized for users whose daily workflow centers on heavy text input.
ORDO is targeted at users who type for a living — engineers, writers, researchers and operators — and is designed around a local-first privacy posture in which recognition and post-processing happen entirely on the user's Mac, with no audio uploaded or retained.
## Product features
Local-first dictation. Audio capture, on-device speech recognition (SenseVoice), conservative post-processing (punctuation, dictionary- and history-based corrections), optional local refinement (Qwen3-4B Instruct) and verified single-write insertion all run on the user's Mac. No cloud round-trip exists in the recognition path.
Pro-grade write reliability. ORDO writes directly into office and development tools such as Codex, Claude Desktop and Cursor through a verified clipboard-and-paste-over path designed to avoid character drops and reordering.
Selection Assistant. Highlighting text or capturing a screen region lets the user ask the model to translate, rewrite, summarize or explain by voice, with the result inserted in place.
Adaptive vocabulary. A per-user dictionary, segmented across Code / Project / Daily contexts, automatically learns recurring professional terms from replay history.
Published performance targets are 0.82-second write latency and 97.4% strong-verify recognition accuracy under the documented pipeline configuration.
